1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the c44com platform at c44com.org (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the c44com Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and c44com. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. c44com reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with the effective date of the most recent revision displayed at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use c44com, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. c44com enforces a strict 21+ policy with mandatory age verification on all new accounts.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, and automated systems may not register as players.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a c44com employee or partner organisation.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or have a valid self-exclusion agreement with c44com in place.

c44com reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence; proof of residential address dated within 90 days; and source-of-funds documentation for high-volume accounts. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the c44com Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending bonuses.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your c44com account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — c44com strongly recommends this for all accounts.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify c44com support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.

c44com will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from c44com that requests your password should be reported to support immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Payments

c44com accepts deposits via the following verified payment methods for Pakistani players:

• UBL — bank transfer via United Bank Limited

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. c44com does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

c44com operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. c44com is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time you initiate and the time we confirm a crypto deposit.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at c44com are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method previously used to deposit into your c44com account and registered in your name.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully met before the bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal, though very large withdrawals may be processed in tranches subject to liquidity scheduling.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours on business days following verification approval. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network conditions.

c44com reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, occur shortly after registration, or exhibit patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay. In such cases, c44com will communicate the required documentation directly to the player within 48 hours of the withdrawal request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

c44com offers various bonus promotions to registered players, including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement specified at the point of the offer. This requirement must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). The specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses are available to one (1) account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Circumventing this restriction via VPN, multiple accounts, or shared devices is a breach of these Terms.
• c44com reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is amended after a player has already opted in, c44com will apply terms no less favourable to that player for the current bonus cycle.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account restriction.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on c44com are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or casino game, in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each product before placing a bet or starting a game session.

• All bets are final once confirmed. c44com does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except where a game or event is voided by c44com in accordance with its sporting rules.
• c44com reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered or priced in error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account within 24 hours.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time due to match events, data feed interruptions, or risk management decisions. Bets accepted before suspension remain valid unless the underlying event is voided.
• Casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-run average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• c44com operates under a maximum payout cap per player per calendar day. This cap is communicated in the account terms and may be adjusted for VIP-tier players by written agreement.

For cricket betting specifically — including PSL, Pakistan internationals, and ICC tournaments — c44com follows the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c44com Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events whose outcome you have foreknowledge of through non-public information.
• Opening or using multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, bonus restrictions, or self-exclusion measures.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any competitive game format available on the Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or IP masking tool to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing c44com staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

c44com is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the c44com Platform — including but not limited to the c44com brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, databases, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of c44com or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the c44com Platform or its content without prior written consent from c44com. Unauthorised use of c44com's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and will be pursued under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

c44com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

c44com will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with:

• KYC and identity verification service providers for account verification purposes.
• Payment processing partners to facilitate deposits and withdrawals.
• Regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies where required by law or by the terms of c44com's gaming licence.
• Fraud detection and responsible gaming platform partners to fulfil our duty of care obligations.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c44com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your c44com account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

c44com expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
• Inaccurate odds or game information displayed due to data feed errors from third-party suppliers, where c44com acts promptly to correct the error upon becoming aware of it.

Nothing in these Terms limits c44com's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

c44com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion or third-party exclusion request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Direction by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their last-used verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting c44com support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Once closed, accounts may be reopened only after a 30-day cooling-off period and re-verification of identity.

14 Amendments to Terms

c44com may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, c44com will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. For non-material changes — such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or additions of new game categories — the updated Terms take effect upon publication to the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13. c44com will always maintain an archive of previous Terms versions, which can be requested from support.

15 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and c44com, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to c44com via live chat or email to [email protected], clearly describing the issue, the relevant account details, and your desired resolution. c44com will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with c44com's initial response, you may escalate to a senior complaints officer by requesting escalation in writing. The senior officer's decision will be provided within a further 10 business days.
• Step 3 — External Review: If the dispute remains unresolved after the internal process, you may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under c44com's gaming licence. Details of the relevant ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) entity will be provided upon request.

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which c44com holds its international gaming licence. You and c44com agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the above process.
